Rock Stars Wanted for 208 Acorn Falls Ct.

Welcome to 208 Acorn Falls Ct.
4BR, 3 1/2 Bath & A Game Room!!
Ready for you to move-in on 9/15/09!

You have go to see this home! Your guests will be inivited into a beatiful light-filled foyer. Front porch or back covered porch perfect for relaxing. Kitchen with large island is great for preparing or just gathering around with friends and family.

We asked our Asheville homeowners what they liked about their home. Read below what they had to say...

1. What is your favorite feature in your house?
Huge kitchen and center island. We love the layout and how it allows for such great social gathering and we love the mudbench area! Where would we dump all our shoes otherwise??!! Love it!

2. What was your must have option?
Drawers in bathroom vanities. Can't imagine such a nice house without them.

3. What room do you use the most?
Currently it has to be the playroom/gameroom because we have a 4 yr old and 16 mos old. But close second is the kitchen.

4. What option do you wish you had?
Um, screens on the back covered porch.

5. What is your favorite complement that you received on your house?
That our built in desk in the kitchen was a great idea. It was my idea to have it built. :) It has been tremendously useful and I love it.

6. What do you like most about Holly Glen?
Holly Glenn has been very welcoming to us. The neighbors have been the jackpot for us. Many many nice folks and great friends for our kids.
One of my favorite pleasant surprises has been the sunsets here. Our lot is situated such that we have the most beautiful warm sunset light beam into our living room and breakfast area and kitchen every evening. I have a clear view through my back yard of the picturesque sun as it makes it's way down and then from the master bedroom upstairs we can see the final moments of the sun as it dips down behind the distant horizon. Gorgeous! And of course all this beautiful light filters into our master garden tub and would provide a tranquil relaxing tub time if I ever make it into the tub one of these days! ha!
But seriously, the sunsets are huge because I thought I had left them forever when we exited California and to have this here makes me feel I brought a bit of it with me. I imagine the pacific ocean just beyond the tree line as I watch the sun dip down
